I think I read somewhere that the wheels from the Coupe Concept actually have a BMW part number, but you can't order them. They don't really do it for me as they are on the harsh side and I think they sort of detract from the smooth lines of the car.

I've found it!! It looks like the wheel style is 241 and here is a link to the info.

http://zoouz.free.fr/style/style_241.htm

Some of the discussions I've just seen leads me to believe they may be available after all.

This site is a good source of all the BMW wheel styles and information. http://zoouz.free.fr/wheels.htm You just have to be patient enough for it to load because it's a really sllooowwww site.

OT, but RCNet - are you the owner of the Coupe that is near the Salmon Creek area? I think we saw each other on 134th not too long before Z4um went south.

Glad to see you found your way here....

Hmmm, I may have spoken too soon. I just noticed that in the close-up picture of the wheel on the Concept Coupe above that it's a 19" wheel. The 241 is an 18" wheel. Although the 241 looks pretty similar.

it'd be boring as hell.

Whether I agree or not I love to see what others do to their ride.
