Stuck in telephone mode

My BMW 2006 325i is stuck in telephone mode...I have no idea what to do.
Can anyone help me?

perform a battery reset. Disconnect battery and let sit for 30 minutes.

Make sure you start the car without the battery to drain the Execess energy then reconnect it
