Difference between 318i & 320i
Can anybody tell me what the difference's are between the two engines?
Is it possible to make the 318i as powerfull as the 320i easily enough or is it a case of internals being different?

Stroke/Bore seem the same so guess its a ECU configuration???

Cams and injectors are different so not just a map.

Cheers guy's, bro in law has just purchased a 318i sport plus E90 in white, new family so he wasn't looking for anything quick just nice, safe and reliable. thought i'd ask what was the difference as had no idea but knew it wouldn't be straight forward like my 325i (3.0) and 330i.
