Removing EGR valve

Could someone who has removed their EGR valve on a 320d (2005) tell me how they got the lower two nuts off?

I can get the the one on the left just about but the other one is difficult and i'm worried that even if I manage to get the nut off i'll never get it back on again. What the best tool/method to use?

Thanks,
Nick
