SWAPALEASE

Anyone here use / familiar with this site

Just seemes to me that every car on here has a very inflated elase price.

For instance i got a quote on a 2012 535 M sport with a sticker of 59,800 for 5k upfront (nothing down) 700 a month

Nearly every 535 on the website, even ones with less MSRP are well above this number

For example take a look at this similarly equiopped 535 m Sport

http://swapalease.com/lease/details/...x?salid=692457

Saying monthly payment is 895?

Just seems way to high as my quote for 700 includes 0 down

Can a seller even do this? Wouldnt the exact terms of the lease need to be transferred especially as BMW FS is the transferring agent

Thanks for help

BMW had a record breaking year in sales last year, so the prices are not going down. Also new models are coming out and it brings up the MSRP bigtime...You want to save money get the older models left over at dealerships when the new ones arrive to their showrooms..

Agreed so why can i lease a brand new 535 M sport for $200 less a month than a 2011 when they are similarly equipped and the dealer told me this is a terirble time to elase there are no programs so i cna possibly do even better during a program?

I've leased several cars from swapalease. I currently have a 2010 335 x drive with I drive, Msport and every other option except comfort access. The MSRP is 55k and I pay $510 a month cause of 5k upfront.

What im saying is you got to subscribe for there updates on the models your interested in. You will find a good deal where a person put a large downpayment just be patient. Good deals go very quickly on there.

I love swapalease and will never go to a dealership again.

How is $5k up front zero down? Is that multiple security deposits?

And of course leases for a 2011 are going to be priced higher, that was the first year of the car and lease rates are usually higher when a car is first coming out as there is plenty of demand, limited inventory, and not as much need to push sales.

On the flip side...has anyone successfully gotten out of a lease through this website? I'd love to hear someone's success story.

Yes, but only after a huge cap cost reduction.

Those are the exact terms. People get ripped off at dealers everyday. Some people have no clue how to negotiate a purchase/lease.

I've successfully swapped out of the following:
2010 135i convertible with someone paying me $1k down payment
2007 328i with me paying a $3k incentive (keep in mind I used 2 of 3 years worth of miles in the first 10 months of the lease - so I consider that a great deal for me
2008 MB C300 with no money out of either pocket

I've succesfully swapped into:
2010 135i convertible (same car as above)
my current 2011 335i xdrive msport

Got a hell of deal on both cars that I assumed, both with zero out of pocket, seller reimbursed me for transfer fee in both cases! I would have had to put down $6k on both cars to drive off for the same monthly payments.....

You basically benefit from someone else's out of pocket costs - assuming they are not asking for a down payment from you to take over their payments. If the monthly is low enough, some people will successfully get a down payment upon exiting their lease.
