Question Quiet - NON RFT Tyres

As the title suggests I am looking to replace my tyres later this year. The tyres I am currently running are actually pretty noisy - which I didnt realise until I started to do a lot of mileage.

So if anyone can suggest some good quality - Quiet tyres, it would help a lot.

Cheers

I had Uniroyal Rainsport 2 on my last car, good grip & very quiet, I'll be giving them serious consideration when time comes to replace my RFTs

I have Falken and they are very loud at low speeds especially when turning.

Either that or there is something wrong with the car.

At the moment, cheap ones as they where bought in a rush for an MOT, and it was near to Xmas, so looking to replace with decent ones within reason.

I thought that.

Then I replaced both front hubs and all was well again

IME assymetric tyres are quieter than symmetric designs. I have no idea why that should be, but it seems to be the case.

FWIW the PZero Rossos I had on my previous car are the quietest tyres I've ever had.

I have Kumho KU39 on mine and when compared to the bridgcrap RFT these are a lot quieter and plus if you are having to replace all 4 it does not break the bank.
