problem with muffler delete wobbly wobbly wobb

When I was driving today my friend told me my exhaust looked loose and was kind of wobbling. I looked under the car and saw the little pole bracket thingy holding my straight pipe was just like.. not on the pipe. Should I just get it rewelded?

I forgot to mention the part thats holding it probably snapped cause its all rusty looking, I don't want that happening again.

Is it actually rust eating through the metal or just surface rust?

If it's just surface rust just have it re-welded.

were you honestly just going to leave it like that.

1) if its rusted replace it

2) if its broken get it fixed....
