I wish!!!

Don't flame me, but due to an increase in work miles, looking at a 640d M Sport - some cracking lease deals out there at the moment.

Thanks. Tried to be sensible versus the (limited) number out there. AUC cars a year older with more miles are 27-28.

Had a chap view it today who could not believe the condition.

We'll see.

At least you have an offer on the table which we hear is hard.

Hopefully you can get a good bit more out of him.

Looking on Autotrader I can't believe how low an M6 can be bought.

I suppose it depends how you buy/sell, what you buy, and most importantly what you compare it with.

If you buy from BMW with warranty, the costs can be negligible. The car has cost me nothing in 6k and 8 months except fuel.

Of course consumables like discs and pads are more - but then this is a 500bhp 200mph performance car, so you kind of expect it. It is certainly leagues cheaper to run than a fezza, lambo etc. The biggest cost is of course depreciation - assuming you buy new, which I didnt!

You didn't mention that he had done the Kessel run in less than twelve parsecs!

I have no idea what the first line means - whats the Kessel run?

Yes, Coopers in Norwich. Didn't cover themselves in glory with the sale - bit painful in places but we got there in the end!
