I'm not sure what "normal" rash is - no one wants rash.

How much for one front and one rear - no tires, meet up in Chicago?

I'll get some pics showing some close ups of the curb rash. In the middle of a move right now so it will be a couple of days.
Chicago shouldn't be to big of an issue.
