Is this a good power washer?

Just wanted to get some opinions on power washers in general. I've never used one and from what I can observe, they just need to be connected to a hose and a power outlet. Im trying to find one that can produce the 'snow' type foam and was considering purchasing this unit as it comes with a foam nozzle: http://www.amazon.com/AR-AR383-Elect...9349324&sr=8-1 If anyone could let me know if this would be good for our cars and what would be the optimal psi, or if there are any other units/foam nozzles that are good I would appreciate it!
