OK, this is an insurance replacement for my terminally damaged 17" PowerBook.
Whilst the claim was being processed, we decided to get a smaller MacBook Pro, as we didn't really need such a large, powerful computer anymore.
The insurance company were great, but wouldn't settle in cash, so they sent me this, which arrived today.
I believe it's the latest model….

As you can see, it's definitely BNIB!
Apple want £2,099 for one of these, but it appears you can get them a bit cheaper if you shop around (and are prepared to chance one coming from the States…)

So, let's try £1625, delivered RMSD in the UK only please.
Payment by bank transfer only, please.
I'm prepared to travel a certain distance to hand it over, or collection is ok - talk to me.

It's been very kindly and politely pointed out to me by PM from elsewhere that these go for a bit less on the 'bay of fools'(still allegedly BNIB) , so I'll adjust my pricing appropriately.

I may have a buyer for you , But he mentioned he can get student discount from the apple higher education store and a 3 yr warranty for £49 plus free gifts .

Do you have a Very best price for the MacBook as I think he is entitled to 16% or 17% discount but Don't know if that is before vat or off the bottom line.

Yeah, the University discount is 'up to' 15% and warranty is extended to three years, which is a good saving.
I'll have a look at this and possibly PM you later.

A few offers from here and elsewhere but not at the level I'm after at the moment.
I'm in no rush, but a reduction to £1625 may help things along.
