2009 328i and lots and lots of brake dust?

Bought it used with 35k miles on it and after one ride the rims already have a decent amount of brake dust on them. After about two days of driving it gets to the point where it really need to be cleaned. The brakes work great no doubt about that, but theres just so much dust.

The armor all wheel protectant is great stuff,it doubles the amount of time until wheels look aweful, but even with it, you will have breakdust build-up. I did the same as you. 09 328 used. I love it, but the breakdust is aweful. The most you can expect is like a week or two until they are aweful.

Give in, and get in the habbit of bi-monthly carwashes.

the only armor all product worth using. just be sure to test it first on a small area of your wheels. the spray worked great on my OEM wheels, but not so great on my 19" with polished lips. No I just take the time to hand wash the wheels and apply some wax.

Your first BMW? IMO if you don't want to deal with dust and don't mind losing a little bit of brake performance, go with some low dust pads. If that's not an option, regularly wash and wax your wheels.
