Call me crazy (A couple of questions, please help)
You guys will think that I am crazy, but I am a fan of the waxes.
I have used Zaino in the past on Black Sapphire. This is a painstaking process and the results were more of a mirror shine than a deep shine. Prior to this I used BMW nanowax followed by Eagle 1 liquid nanowax between washes. A couple of questions: I would like to continue with waxes, especially the eagle 1 between washes, but I would like to incorporate a cleaner and sealant. My thoughts were wash, clay, polish, seal, and then wax. Do these sound like the proper steps? If so, which sealant would you use? I heard Jetseal isn't worth the hype. Can I use Zaino Z2 before the wax? Im getting black sapphire again so I am looking forward to getting a deep gloss out of it. Thanks for any helpful tips! |

wash, clay, polish, seal - yes you are correct
after sealing, you can wax next day (allowing the sealant to bond 100%) I would use something like menzerna powerlock, and then whatever carnuba you like. I've never liked the Zaino process or the results, but thats just me....and quite a few others |

Z5 has fillers, that's the difference between it and Z2. I've got a bottle of Z5 left if you want it
I've never tried, but my reading indicated wax over Z2 was a waste. You won't be able to apply any more Z once you put a wax on top of it. |

I have used JetSeal and got a good shine out of it. But I much prefer Blackfire Wet Diamond. It goes on and comes off way easier, shines great, and lasts longer than JetSeal.
Edit: When I went to get the link, I noticed the Blackfire is on sale for $22.50, which is a great deal.
