Remus Street Race 535i Exhaust installed

Car: 2011 535i Xdrive M-Sport
Exhaust installed: Remus Street Race
Other parts: F10 550i stock M-Sport diffuser

Installation: The Remus system goes right on the stock piping and uses the stock hangers. The only thing you have to do is measure and cut out the stock mufflers.

Sound: with only 5 miles on local roads, I can't say much of it but so far it's exactly what I was looking for (Deep and strong). The exhaust isn't loud but can be opened up when you get on it. I am sure it will hit the sweet spot after it goes thru the break-in period.

Drone: Drone is there but the S mode will take care of it. Also it depends on how you drive your car too, it's not too bad.

Sounds great. Drone is a bummer. But I'm starting to think they all do... even Eisenmann which builds factory Porsche exhausts drones... damn....

But it does sound sick. Let me know if the drone goes away/lessens after break-in... I was thinking today I gotta do this, white lines, tint, and JB or Renntech tune... my wife is going to KILLLL ME! :-)

Eddie, She won't even notice the whiteline, jb, and tint.
I got my tint done at Yorba Linda Tint right there next to the carwash on Imperial and Bastanchury.

Also I think I saw you today driving down Bastanchury before Imperial. I was in the white E93.

Drove all day today with my wife and my 15 months old. Np with the drone. When it gets loud, just tap it down a gear and you are good to go. Keep it above 2k.

Put about 200 miles on the exhaust. Either I got used to it or it's a bit more toned down. However it sounds very smooth.

gragi, a bit less than what's going for now. It looks like the price has gone up.

Bumping this from the dead. Remus.is having a sale on this exhaust and it peeked my interest. Id like to ask about the interior sound level, is the drone still there more use of this exhaust? Is it sound level really noticeable on highway?
