Gents considering a e60 m5 at the moment what do you reckon I would get for a 55 plate 330d msport e90 has been evolve remapped, BMW bbk, m3 spoiler, cf diffuser etc done 56k very good condition.

Prices are crashing hard but a good example with low miles should fetch going rates, id say approx 10k, rather now than later as will only depreciate

Actually, from what I have seen, the 330d's seem to be going up the last couple of months (not much stock).

But, car still has to be priced competitively.

Go for an M5 - you wont regret it. Probably the last V10 BMW / Normally aspirated M...

If you can live with a little less space and more exclusivity I am thinking of a change so the M6 could be up for sale shortly..

If you still have the OEM parts I'd put them back on, it's doubtful any one would place any extra value on those mods,and you could sell them on.

I'd say between 9 & 10K (based on ads on AT)

Not sure if that is cheap or not?

It's about 20-25% less than you would pay elsewhere, depending on lots of factors.
