Bad Luck for the New Year!

Hey All

Happy new year to everyone. Hope you all had a great night last night!

Well I was having a great time last night until I got back to my car which had a broken passenger window. Seems like all the cars on the street got broken into! (my fault for parking in Ultimo). I didn't lose anything since I like to keep my car empty and junk free but now I have scratches on the door panel, a crack side mirror and a broke window.

Anyone know how much it will cost to fix the window?

Ouch - sorry to hear mate. Hope the repair doesn't hurt the pocket too much.

That's can be an expensive job if I think trim inside the door, etc gets damaged. First get a private estimate and see if is worth going through insurance, I did when mine was broken in.

Bad luck man, sorry to hear

If the scratches don't 'catch' your fingernail, you can probably buff it out. Professionally it would cost about $100

Well I just got a quote from Obrien's and it was $678 using genuine BMW part.

Still waiting on BMW to get back to me on a price as well..

Unlucky mate.

Someone also scraped my rear bumper on NYE. No note was left either.
Such is life.
