E90 328i ECU model?

Is this the E90 328i ECU model?
Bmw,Series 3,3.0L,Siemens,MS43,Kline,

I'm trying to get this ECU tool on ebay but I'm not sure if it support the 328i E90.

thats the older 3 series DME, new one should be MSV70.
