6MT transmission 2500 rpm delay~~~

i just noticed this problem in these 2 days

every time when i step on clutch around 2400-2500 rpm, the rpm won't drops rite away, it always stay at around 2500 rpm for like 1 or 2 seconds, then drops to idle rpm. if i make the rpm goes up to over 2500 rpm, step on clutch, it will drops rite away, but the rpm won't pass 2500 rpm that smooth, it will stop at 2500 rpm a little bit. if i step on the clutch lower than 2500 rpm (like 2200 rpm), the rpm drops like normal.

i have no idea wut will cause this problem.

maybe the muffler delete cause that problem??(just did a straight pipe exhaust recently)

the mod on my car:
N55 JB4 stage 2
Berk 4 inch catless downpipe
muffler delete exhaust
BMS CDV
BMS Clutch stop

do u guys know anything about this????

thanks

This sounds like the worst of the worst faults (= expensive). It may be the floor mat that needs to be adjusted rearwards. This requires a BMW tech in order not to void the warranty since the mat adaption also needs to be resetted
