Almost back in a BMW

It has been a long road. I had 2 335's back to back. 2009 and 2010. I went to order a 2011 and before it came in, I had an opportunity to get into an S5 for a great deal. Loved the way it looked and all, but it was no BMW. I was very upside on the Audi and couldn't swap the lease without leaving my name on it, so I decided to trade it in for a Cadillac CTS coupe. Cadillac gave me what I owed and I was out of the Audi. After 2 weeks I decided I missed driving a stick and missed BMW, so I put my car up on swapalease and yesterday I ordered a new 335i coupe.

I am still undecided on color . I am torn between BSM/Coral, MW/Coral, SG/Coral.

For the mean time it ordered BSM/Coral,Black bamboo wood, Msport, Nav, sat radio and bmw apps.

The car lists for 53,325

My deal is 689 a month 12k miles Sign and drive , not a dime out of pocket for 36 months. I got close to 5,000 off and feel pretty good about the deal.
Now I will just sit and wait and hope to get out of my current lease. If not, what they offered me is about 3000 off where I need to be, but I will be making 2 or 3 payments before the new car comes, so either way I should be fine.

Think I put this in the wrong place. I didn't mention that I had 2 Audi S's this year. Didn't think it was even worth mentioning lol

Welcome back! You definitely have a problem and should seek help :-)

I do love the exterior styling of the S5 and drool when I see one. And for a minute think about what it might have been like. However, not a day goes that I don't love driving my BMW 335i Msport. Still fight the urge to get an M3 though.

The S5 is gorgeous, but the extra weight of the V8 and Quattro really take away from the power in my opinion. It has 354 hp vs a 300hp 335 and the 335 to me still feels like it pulls so much harder and handles and drives better in every possible way.

question to you guys,

I was looking at a s5 when I was looking for a car after I sold my 335i, my only concern was the interior, it looks so plasticy and fake, any of you guys have that issue or is that just me?

It was okay, I really liked my tuscan brown seats and the way the nav display monitor wa.s tilted towards the driver. Very user friendly, but other then that the dash and everything very much reminded me of VWs, which is what an Audi is, a glorified volkswagon

I had the same dilemma when my 2011 335msport was rear ended I went Audi dealer love the s5 looks test drove it was not pleased at all felt sluggish I then test drove the 335is and fell in love on sight even gave the s5 another chance shows that I really love the looks of it but once again was disappointed
