Temps for Extreme/Max Perf Tires

Even though I live here in So Cal, I had snow at my house this past winter.
When I leave early in the am for work, it can be in the low 30's at my home.

What is the lowest running temps for the Extreme Performance tires ?

I know even the PS2s I've had never really had an issue with it.
Obviously, I wouldn't push the car until the tires were up to temp on the the colder asphalt, but what are the low temps recommended for Max or Extreme Perf tires ?

I'll be looking into either some Extreme perf tires( Reo1, PZero) or the Conti Sport 3s (max perf).

The only experience I've had with Max Perf Summer Tires was on my G35 Coupe. I never switched to winter tires for the colder months, and it was scary at times. The tires never really warm up, and you're always sacrificing some traction as long as the temps are below 40 degrees. For safety reasons, I would recommend going with some type of winter setup. For my new 335, I will be either getting some high performance all seasons or snow tires for the upcoming winter.

I certainly don't need a 'winter' set up.
I will only get temps below 40 a few times a year.
Most of the time it's well above 50 at it's coldest.

That's pretty much what I figured, but wanted Gary to respond with actual running temps for some Max Perf tires.

I'll probably end up with PZeros when they make 235/265s in 18s.

On the contrary - I view winter as learning time.

When the max perf summers become hockey pucks you can experiment with car control at much lower speeds. Same when I mount those 205 winter steelies, the limits are so much lower it's incredible... and fun.

And no, I don't think I'm crazy.
