Help with weird auto tranny

Hey guys,

I have an 07 335i auto, when cold (below +40F) and I drive the car, the transmission when it's cold doesn't really shift all the way into 3rd, it shifts but it feels like the clutch is dragging, same when it goes into 4th, etc until the transmission warms up and then it's OK.

Now I've noticed also that when it shifts into 2nd (accelerating normally) the RPMs climb normally and then it drops about 100rpms and you feel that loss of pull even tho you are not really accelerating much and it acts normal after that. it's like during those first 2-3 seconds after it changed to 2nd gear the transmission didn't really engage.

Any suggestions? should I have the dealer look at it? It's certified and it has 51K miles
