Power loss HELP
ok guys i got my car tuned about 5 months ago with the AA tune. And for the 1st 3 months car was great power felt strong ext ext. Well now ive noticed a loss in power longer 0-60 times. It just dosnt pull as hard. I run 93 oct and i clean my MAF every oil change. My mods are injet intake 2ndary cat delete muffler delete res still in place and the AA tune i also have the super sprint throttle boost on but its not set on all the time.
I have 86k miles stock plugs and coils. Im gonan change them to plusstar plugs and buy all new coils cause with my luck ill put them and they will mess up lol Any other clues on what it can be im gonna swap my factory intake back on and see if i feel any change. heres a video i took last night i have a trunk full of tools and two friends in car plus me so extra 600-700 lbs |

I noticed this too lately. I even thought my AA tune was wiped or something. I am at 53k miles, does a spark plug change really liven up the car?

With my AA tune, I notice more speed after 50-60mph since the car stays in the mid rev range longer. My top end is lacking in comparison to midrange.

I don't know about you but my car always seems slower when I am trying to show off to my friends. 500lbs extra weight will slow your acceleration by about %13 assuming a curb weight of 3600 lbs.

Ditch that injen intake and your tools and you're gonna get that pull back.

I agree, take all the shit out of your trunk, ditch the friends and swap intakes back to stock and re run your test. If it still feels slower (which it wont) lol then start going thru the steps, but at 85k it wouldnt be a bad idea to swap plugs, i put a fresh set of NGK's in my car and didnt notice much of a difference. Maybe mail me the injen and ill see if it bogs on my car.

Yea i hear that its a brisk 75 here today. Maybe the intake will have better results in a tropical climate lol
