UPDATE on sick Bimmer -

so i have another vehicle so im not in too much of a rush so i let them try and replicate the misfire in cyl 3 and they have not been able to (20 miles they have put on it in 2 days) they sent a code no one can figure out to BMW HQ and im letting them keep it one more night, the car runs great they havent made any repairs and now i have pinpointed the cyl 3 misfire specificaly to the JB3 (that i took completely out before i brang the vehicle in) and so i guess my question is.... is there any way to get a new PNP harness when i upgrade to JB4 since mine is clearly on the fritz? im going to call but was wondering if anyone has returned a tune due to coding errors?

Did you try changing plugs and swapping the injectors around?

sorry missed some detail, i hadent done a switch because i wanted to take it in to check the part numbers against recall to see if that was the issue (and free) right out of the box but upon further diagnosis, me and BMW techs they cant find and i can find a THING wrong with the JB3 (that they dont know was there) out of the car, with it in however it runs like a 5 cyl diesel its crazzy and the plugs would be my thought however i got the stock ones replaced about 10k ago so that would be crazy if they were bad already on 91 and 14psi... feel me?
