Cobb stage 2 users

So I'm thinking about going stage 2 w/ dp and fmic. For u stage 2ers how noticeably different was it going from stage1 to 2? Was the feeling equivalent to going from stock to stage 1?

I never tried out Stage 1. I went straight to Stage 2, and it absolutely rips.

down low, both maps are very strong, but up top, stage one gets winded while stage 2 keeps pulling.

Dps with stock exhaust on my e90 sounds stock. Even with the secondary cats removed it's only slightly louder than stock.

It sounds amazing. I had a stock exhaust with a magnaflow axleback and the car sounded really good with just that. But with the DPs it is sexy. It actually sounds a little quieter at idle and light load(the axleback was kind of "boomy") but at WOT it sounds like a monster. You can hear the turbos spool as well, which is a huge bonus. When you decide to place your order contact jeff@topgearsolutions and he'll hook you up.

Do I need dci or fmic to run stage2? I was just going to run it with 3" dps.

DPs are needed for Stage 2. DPs, intake, and FMIC are needed for Stage 2+FMIC.

There are Stage 2 maps that do not require an FMIC, and there are stage 2 maps that do require an FMIC.

Stage 1 was a pleasant kick in the pants when I was running tune-less for two months. Stage 2 + FMIC aggressive made me not miss meth, Stage 2 Race made me an asshole for saying that.

stage 2 wont make much, if any more power than stage 1 aggressive. Stage 2+ on the other hand is definitely a noticeable increase from stage 1. So if your thinking of upgrading I would skip stage 2 and go straight to to 2+.

I find it a little weird you made a recent thread "Cobb Tune!" when you weren't impressed by either Stage 1 or 2.

too bad this thread wasn't about what you thought about one tune compared to others, but about the difference between stage 1 and stage 2...

I heard from some people that the jb4 with new firmware pulls about the same or harder.
