Akrapovic slip on + berk mid pipes + akrapovic downpipes

Hi guys,
With all the akrapovic hype around the forum these days, I was thinking of this setup.

It looks cheaper than the evolution system and im pretty sur that the berk midpipes would produce the same sound

Also, if the wireless kit is not included, is the valve always open?

Feedback?

Unfortunately it is the opposite my friend. Without the wireless kit the valve is always closed. Alternatively you can modify it to make it permanently open.

I wonder what one would expect with just the Akrapovic slip-on w/ wireless as far as sound goes?

It was very minor operation really. The Cap or plug on the shorter length where the butterfly section would be, if supplied, is removed by griding off 3 or 4 small welds/tacks, job done - straight through system on both end pipes and through the muffler with the inner two pipes.

If you have a look at the actual Akrapovic Installation manual there is even a page in it which mentions removing the blocking plate by grinding the spot welds off and you can actually see the blocking plate in the picture.
