MAF sensor cleaning

Quick question, is it good to clean the MAF sensor every time when you clean your air filter? Or cleaning it too much might mess it up? I'm planning to get the AFE pro dry s filter. Also here is a link claiming a clean MAF sensor will add 4-10 HP at the wheels (on the bottle). http://www.amazon.com/CRC-05110-Mass...2201349&sr=8-1

As long as you use the CRC MAF spray on cleaner, and do NOT touch the maf components with ANYTHING, it won't hurt.

The MAF cleaner is similar to electronics cleaner that quickly evaporates and leaves no residue.

I clean the MAF on my T/A once/year at the end of the season before I put it away for winter.

As far as the 4-10hp claim goes, well I would take that with a grain of salt...
