Stock charge pipe with Forge DVs. The stock DVs were holding up just fine. I had a great opportunity to snag the Forge DVs at a very low cost, so I went for it.

I've seen boost as high as 19.3 on Cobb S2 Aggressive (measured at the manifold). No issues on the stock charge pipe at all.

Mine broke, but I think that was more a factor of the age of it and the fact that I had clamped the IC piping too hard haha

Fbo factory charge pipe and Helix BOV's! I plan on using the same setup on upgraded turbos as well.

From what ive seen, the stock chargepipe is the best you can get. Unless you're looking for meth bungs or BOVs

mine kept popping off any time I would hit over 16psi, but that could've been to the addition the ER Intercooler and different piping.. so I got the ER charge pipe.

in retrospect i would have just bought an aftermarket cp solely for the meth bungs.

i tapped my stock cp, and now i'm weary of removing the nozzle for regular maintenance and cleaning due to wearing out the plastic threads that i made.

Dont over tighten and you *should* be OK.
Plastic does make me nervous as hell though, it's so easy to say "well, just a little tighter should do it" and then *crack* "ohh fffuuuuuuccckkk"

Doesn't the ER chargepipe keep the factory clip to secure to the TB? Isn't this a weak point?

It keeps the stock clip, but being aluminum it fals into the groves allot nicer. Even without the clip the fitment is pretty snug, I've ran over 19psi on it with no issues at all.

Factory ones are fine, expensive ones are for the people who want it to sound like the are driving an eagle talon with a turbo
