Said goodbye to the e90 last week

After 5 years and 4 months, 113k miles I said goodbye to the E90. Most reliable car I ever owned- never even changed a light bulb. One warranty issue- leaking transmission connector fixed under warranty. Everything else scheduled maintenance.

Replaced with '08 CPO E60 535xi.

See you on the E60 board!!!

Interesting you would give up a car you know was 99.9% reliable for another used car. I bet the new 535xi is a hell of a ride though!

OP, congratulations on the E60. Post some pictures when you get a chance. I have always loved the 5 series, looking forward to getting one in the future once family comes into the picture and if the finances seem right.

To the OP. Congrats. I myself was considering an e60 but opted out for the smaller e90 as I'm partial to smaller cars and especially hatchbacks (wish we had a 3/5 door 1-series in NA).

Was close to buying one, but still wanted something closer in agility to my e46m.

As the e90 gets older, I'll probably look at the new 5 in 4 years
