Can someone please explain where to enter VIN to get tracking info!

Yes, I read the post. W&W (I'm on east coast) does not recognize my VIN, so I tried west coast website http://www2.nykline.com/ but can't get the password after registering.
I also tried kline.com but it does not let me search by VIN.
Am I doing it wrong?
