Cobb seems lumpy

Just installed the Cobb tune and the power seems to come on in stages on both the drive and sport maps. I'm using stock throttle as linear feels weird. Anyway I have not tried aggressive as I'm already seeing 14.5 psi on my vent gauge. Maybe I need to dyno the car as I don't "feel" the power that I had with the jb3.

Question with regards to the lumpiness what parameters do I need to log to see whats going on. Or does the ecu needs to adapt. Btw no codes are thrown.
