E90 Underfloor part

Hi, everyone.
Sorry, I haven`t had a chance to take a photo of my car yet so I used another photo I found here to show my problem.

Does anybody know the number for this part and how exactly is it called? I ripped it off few weeks ago on a road and it's kinda broken now, so i'm trying to find a new one.
I searched few BMW part catalogues already, but i'm not sure, is it the 5th part it this scheme?

I had the same problem, but I used JB's cold weld and patched it back onto the main panel instead of spending more money replacing the entire sheet.
