Clutch chatter or rattle

I am getting a light chatter noise and vibration on my clutch when its in neutral, its not offensive but little annoying sometimes. just wondering if any of you with MT have similar issue... I got about 10k miles on the car.

Throwout bearing just showing some wear. Pretty frequent from what I have heard.

Do you hold the clutch in at red lights and wait in 1st hear or do you leave it in neutral?

Yea, keep doing it that way. Holding the clutch in at stop lights causes your exact issue. Worn throw-out bearing.

Is this a BMW issue? I have always been a "clutch holder" in all my cars and have never had this issue. My Audi A4 had 140K miles on it before I changed the clutch and it had no issues. Actually found out I changed it early too due to a mis-diagnosis.

i think sometimes are caused by unbalanced flywheel or clutch, my old vw with lightened flywheel chatter like hell in summer. but it seems working fine for 50-60k then i sold it.
