this was one of the dumpest thing ever happened to me in the past two months:
Today i was driving to the burger king and while I was waiting at the checkout place in my car, I was holding my card upon the door with window slided down completely, and I was just playing with the card on there and wondering "what if the card drop into there..." And guess what , IT REALLY HAPPENED right into this door this is really a ironic story. so now , what should i do to take it out of there ? except parting out my whole danm door .. otherwise I'll just terminate the card service at the moment thanks in advance for any comments here , dont laugh too hard tho . There's a DIY on removing the door panel. I've only done a rear door before, but it wasn't hard at all. You may be able to take the panel off, take the card out, and then put the panel back on without too much effort.

Start by taking the door panel off and see if you can see it. Probably won't be able to, however, as there is an inner frame that is going to be in the way. Good luck, man.

There is a door lock actuator DIY that shows how to remove the inside door panel. You should be able to retrieve the card by following it. Just make sure you out the sticky thing inside the door panel propertly so it is sealed well and electronics are protected from water

taking off the door really isnt too tough actually. Take of the trim which is held on by about 6 push clips. then there are like 3 bolts underneath the trim, after that pull from the hinge side of the door, everything is held on by clips. Dont rip it off as you need to unplug the power window controls, the handle cable and the light cable.
Check out my BSW speaker upgrade write up for a detailed DIY and pics |

it's a bit tedious, but not too hard to take the door panel off.
Oh, and no need to terminate card services, unless you think your car is going to run up a bunch of fraudulent charges |

Damn that sucks. You need to remove your door panel. Then remove the foam barrier...it's just glued on.
Then you should have access to the inside of the door shell. |

Its a whole lot easier to call the credit card company and report the card as lost and have them send you a new card.
Why screw around removing door panels |

^I have to agree with him. If you want the simple answer, just call the credit card company and request a new card. By the time anyone takes off the damn door of that car(if ever), the credit card will be beyond expired and useless.

id remove it. you dont want it getting wedged somewhere and may end up not allowing your window to slide properly.

Yes you can order a new one, but what if everytime you open or close the window, you hear a sound? It could be nothing, or it could be the sound of the window scratching against the card. Taking it out would ease one's mind.
