Exhaust, CEL P0430

Hey all, I had a few questions for you today and haven't been able to quite find the right answers using search. I had a muffler delete done on my 2007 e92 328xi about 2 months ago. About a week ago my CEL went off and is showing code P0430. I know that this means I have a bad post o2 or possibly a bad cat. Not sure what the problem is. I've seen a significant drop in mpg and the car likes to stay in the higher rpms while coasting or going up hill. If the problem is indeed the cat, does anyone here have experience with aftermarket cats? The car itself has 63k miles on it and the cats are OE. Even with the muffler delete, will the dealer honor the warranty for the cat?

Thanks for your input and advice in advance

Get all the codes from a BMW specific code scanner, then we can further discuss. Bad post cat O2 sensor can mean other things, and there may be more codes than a generic OBD scanner can find. Muffler will not affect this or void any warranty.

Either both your cats died or both of your O2 sensors. Either way that's kinda strange.
