Odd engine sound - buzzing or humming
I have had this strange buzzing or humming sound for the past couple of weeks. It kinda sounds like something is vibrating but I haven't narrowed the location of the sound yet. It happens around 1500-2000 rpm in third gear (I think). I have an auto transmission. When I accelerate from a stop light in D mode, I can feel the trans. shift, then shifts again. After the third shift, the rpm settles around 1500 rpm, then I can hear the sound. It isn't very loud. If I rev past 2000, the sound is gone but as soon as I slow back down it starts again.
I will get a video clip up today on my way home that will probably help. Thanks guys.

Dude you're going to have to be way more descriptive then that. Every internal combustion engine ever created has some sort of humming or buzzing sound lol, try to get a video and try to narrow down the sound

UPDATE - Here is a video. Listen in HD mode. The vibrate/humming/buzzing sound occurs at :12, :19 until :23 and :28 until :30. Turn up speakers to hear clearly. It sounds like the things on the outside of the freeway lane that are supposed to wake you up if your tire goes over them, but quieter.
