Don't sell the whole system, just the axle-back/slip-on..... the only thing different is the Slip-On, the midpipe is the same part for E90/92/93.

Try and find an E92 axle-back/slip-on and keep your Mid-Pipe. Also, it will be much easier to ship just the slip-on instead of a full system. You will save some money on shipping on your replacement system too.

Obviously this is an amazing exhaust. I'd totally be interested in making a deal if this was posted in the summer prior to my exhaust purchase. But a few considerations... I don't think there are that many E90 M3 owners in Canada that many of them want to mod their cars like us. Also, a brand new slip-on can be had for just over USD$3k shipped to a US border address/mailbox, which is within a couple hours drive for the vast majority of Canadians. Understandably your unit has already crossed the border so that takes duty and tax out of the equation, but that's easily averted if the exhaust is installed prior to coming home. Perhaps the pricing could be made a bit more enticing?

that's roughly $2800 without shipping. From my quick look on here and the American market I believe this is a great value. Especially with powder coated tips.
Slip ons new are $3500 plus shipping from IND.
no place selling new for just over $3k

Previous owner bought evo from IND.... so I'm not sure the paint characteristics.
His car was sold with 3000 miles on it so the exhaust has less then that.
