Help with wheel cleaning

I have been using Meguiar's Endurance Tire Dressing and noticed that some overspray got dried on the wheels that I cannot get off (I now hold up cardboard to prevent such overspray). I've tried Mother's and Black Magic wheel cleaners, peanut butter, Black Magic Wheel Polish and Eagle One Nevr-Dull. Any suggestions on what I can use to get this stuff off?

You should try waxing it!

Can you take a picture of it?

Waxing doesn't clean anything.

I assume these are painted wheels IE Type 162/230 etc for a Bimmer? Polish using a paint cleaner then seal them.

The P21S Finish Restorer is a strong polish I use on almost all bare metals and clear coated wheels. Works great on really stubborn stains and brings back a deep shine!
