New Winter Wheels
What do you guys think? Its weird seeing the car on 17's, but it rides pretty well. These are no-name wheels, 17x7.5 with 225/45 tires.
They look awkwardly small from the side/rear. Time to get spacers? What size spacers do you guys think I can fit on there? |

WOW, for 17's they actually look pretty good! Without knowing the offsets and based on the pictures alone the fronts don't look that bad, probably could get away w/a 5mm spacer and rears it looks likey you could get away with a 10mm spacer. You could likely use the same spacers with your factory set-up without rubbing issues.

Thanks... They were only about $90 a wheel, which I thought was pretty damned cheap. I believe they're +43 offset.
I didnt know my factory wheels had spacers - the car came with the performance package and style 195 wheels. |

They don't; what I meant was you could re-use the spacers that you would buy for your winter set-up with your OEM wheels for a slightly more agressive stance.

The best way to be sure how mm's you can add without causing problems is to measuure like they do here... http://www.turnermotorsport.com/t-wheel-spacers.aspx |

These arent the factory wheels - my OEM wheels are the 195 style wheels (18x8 front, 18x8.5 rear) that came with the performance package.
But I would like to see what your 17" wheels look like with the spacers. If you could take some pictures and post them up, I'd appreciate it. |

I also see people do 12mm front and 15mm rear. hope that help sorry for getting back to you so late was away from a computer for a long time.
