Chip for HP & Torque Boost

I am a 2007 335i owner, never modded a car in my life. I have 4k miles no my car right now. In the May 7 edition of Autoweek, Active Autowerke has a "piggy back" chip to increase the hp to 380 and torque to 380. Question for all the experts in this forum.
Besides the muscle, are there any disadvantages to getting this?

Well, thats a whole different question than "Do I look fat IN THESE JEANS?". If shes asking if she just looks fat, thats a tough one to answer delicately.

Remember its always the clothes that make her look fat, not the fat making her look fat!

Yep...might as well put on your flak jacket while you're at it. This has been discussed, argued, boxed, karate chopped through the octagon, and in the ultimate fighting challenge arena. Best that you just hit search for the PROcede, AA Chip, Turbo Tuner, etc. Ask after you've searched. Certain protocols on this forum that you'll catch onto very quickly.
