What to log on Cobb?

Hi guys,
I posted this in another thread, with no responses, so I'll make a new thread.

-----
I would like to run some logging and post it to see how the graphs look between my current gas and (92.5 octane), and standard CA 91

I'm running Cobb Stage 1 "Sport" Mapping with linear throttle.
Here is what I think I need to log for you guys to help me read what I am getting. Can someone please add what else I may need?
  1. Time
  2. RPM (RPM)
  3. Charge Air Temp ( F)
  4. TPS Act. (%)
  5. Actual Load (load)
  6. WGDC Bank 1 (%)
  7. WGDC Bank 2 (%)
  8. Timing Cyl. 1 (°)
  9. Timing Cyl. 2 (°)
  10. Timing Cyl. 3 (°)
  11. Timing Cyl. 4 (°)
  12. Timing Cyl. 5 (°)
  13. Timing Cyl. 6 (°)
  14. Lambda (Bank1) (AFR)
  15. Lambda (Bank2) (AFR)
  16. Boost (PSI)

I believe it logs everything but you can only view one live at a time.

You can only log so many variables at one time though. If you try to select too many it will tell you to "uncheck" some.

Is the list above adequate to figure out if I am running too agressive a tune for my current octane gas, or do I need to add some others to this list?

If you try to add them all, it says too many, so I figured I'd ask which ones are most important. I gleaned this from the AFR charts in some of the DIY's, but I haven't been able to find a list anywhere, even on the tutorial or videos.

You will want to log as few parameters at a time as possible, the more you log at once the less accurate it will be be. Do a couple seperate runs focusing on different channels

what? why would it be less accurate?
Has this been confirmed by COBB?

To the OP , i pretty much log the same channels. I add timing correction and short term fuel trims.

At a minimum:

RPM
Boost
TPS
IAT
AFR Bank 1 or 2
Ignition (maybe cylinder 1 or 6)

As much as you can log many parameters some of it can be overwhelming to view in a graph.

Its best to start with the simple things.

The idea for many log parameters is to help with troubleshooting in case their is a problem.

ie. if your not hitting boost targets you may want to look into LOAD and wastegate duty cycle
or
if your not hitting air fuel targrets you might want to look into fuel trims.
