Yeah man, that sucks, but they are more than likely rock chips. You can just fill them in with touch-up paint kits, and be more careful where and how you're driving.

Those are rock chips, but they shouldn't be flaking the paint off like that unless it was a really nasty rock. This is also just after 2 weeks. I bet after 2 months it will look pretty disgusting. The majority of rock chips just pit the paint.

I was thinking the same, while it looks like it's due to rock chips it also looks like the paint is lifting away from the primer. If you scratch at the paint where the chips are does the paint chip away?
