e92 Front Spoiler fit on e90 ?

I've searched and wasn't able to find an answer..

would front spoiler for e92 fit on e90 ?

It looks like same dimensions but I'm not sure...

So you mean a front bumper lip? The bumpers are totally different therefore they are bit interchangeable.
