Defective Bridgestones

Noticed a rotational sound coming from the front end in my 325i E90 that didn't sound right.
Took the car in for service today, 17,800 miles. All 4 tires were considered defective by my dealer and after some discussion Foreign Motors West and BMW replaced all 4, no charge, with Continentals. I gathered from my discussions with my service advisor and salesperson that I am not the first person to have this problem. Heads up to all of you.

You are lucky!! I had 13800 on the car last week with 9700 on the wheels because of snows. My SA said no way to the free replacement, basically because they did not have a official record (read they did not do it so I am a lair) of my tire change. 10 days and counting for the Service Manager to call me back despite many inquires. If nothing by Monday, it's time to call BMWNA.

How do you like to Conti's?
