Oops.. accidentally applied Klasse SG before AOI
Yeah, I was dumb and just applied Klasse SG before AOI on 3 panels before realizing the mistake. Do I need to strip the SG off somehow before doing AOI again, or would applying the AOI on top of the SG be ok?

I've used both and don't see what AIO offers over SG. SG is supposedly a more concentrated version of the sealant in AIO. AIO is supposed to polish as well. As my car is new it's hard to tell if AIO did anything.
I went a little nuts when I picked up the car. AIO for a chemical polish (unknown if this works), 3 layers of SG (24 hour cure time between coats), 2 coats of Wolfgang sealant (wanted to see if it looked any different than SG) and topped off with Collinite Fleet Wax. I think the SG will last the longest but Wolfgang goes on and off much easier. The Fleet Wax is supposed to be the longest lasting wax I could find. Make sure you use it last as sealant won't adhere to it.

Mutt, is it worth applying AIO after claybar or polishing?

If you stripped the paint be it via polishing, compounding, claying, or even a high detergent wash, then AIO is not neccesary. The only reason its a safe bet is because unless you do an IA wipe down after polishing, the oils from the various polishes and compounds can interfere with Klasse SG's bonding, especially since its an acrylic sealant.
With that being said, I would still do the AIO under the SG, since SG is a pain to apply and remove anyways and having the AIO under it makes it a lot easier.

AIO would def take the SG off that you already applied. AIO is a chemical cleaner, polish, and acrylic sealer that can be very powerful depending on the pad you are using. I never got around to using SG, maybe someday I'll bust it out.
