E93 in Melbourne: impressed.

Happened to be out in my baby M this sunny afternoon, entering the Eastern Freeway from Alexandra Parade at around 18:45 in peak traffic. Saw a blue E93 (young male driver) with the top down and registration .... V8 in my rear vision mirror. Indicated left at the beginning of the freeway entry that I was going to be overtaking the queues. Throttle on for 2sec ... looked down at speedometer ... 130km/h ... backed off as I regained my senses. In no time, really I mean no time, he flies past and weaves through two lanes with some eye-catching driving omfg. I don't know if he is was stock or tuned N54/55 or in fact a V8 under the E93 kit, but I have a soft spot for the 3 series coupe (and convertible), and think he would have beaten me in a quarter mile ...

Respect

I'm not 100% sure what the point of the story was, you saw a blue e93 and he overtook you after you backed off the accelerator?

What does eye catching driving mean? Reckless?

It's no wonder BMW drivers are considered "cocks" in general. WTF! ass wipes like this make it harder for guys that don't do this shit pay a big price when we are behind the wheel of a bimmer.....in my experience, cops don't have a soft spot for BMW drivers.
