M-Sport/Tech Steering Wheel Question.

Unfortunately, I have a non-sport steering wheel in my car and I was considering upgrading to the M-sport wheel now that I have saved up enough money.

However, I don't want to lose my heated steering wheel option because it's going to be very useful in the next 4-5 months when it is unforgivingly cold

I searched and understand that the m-sports don't come with heated steering wheels. So I started looking up some alternatives.

Would it be lame to just get a EuroPerf cover from Wheelskins.com to satisfy my comfort needs? Or should I cough up the extra $$$ and deal with not having heated steering?

Thanks!

i suggest looking on the classifieds to find a used Sport steering wheel. that wheel and the non-sport wheel are the only heated wheels for E90's.

wrapping the steering wheel would give the wheel a better feel but i wouldn't think the heat would transfer to your hands as efficiently

So if I go from non sport to sport, I can still keep heated wheel? The sport wheel's heat will just function after install?
