ATF: Motorcraft Mercon SP or Castrol Multi Import ?

please let me know your opinion. read a lot of info , but still didn't understand which of them is better for my 6spd a/t 335i and have nicer specifications? i have all bolt-ons and tune. wanna change atf.

both have been used by users on this board with success.

personally i would go with these guys, their fluid is made by ZF (the tranny manufacturer)...

they sell the pan (which has the filter built in) and fluids. do it right. use their tools to find the right pan for your car.
