How do I fix this?

When I replaced the front bumper reflectors I pried too hard and tears or scratches began to appear through the other side of the bumper. Now, can this be fix up touch up paint or would I have to have the section repainted to repair this?

touch that up...its not going to be THAT noticeable after a touch up to warrant a repaint unless you are just that into "perfect paint"
