April 2007 3 Series Sales Report
April sales of the 3 Series reached a new high of 13,142 units this month on the strength of the sales of the new 328 and 335 models. This represents a significant 17.9% increase over the 11,151 cars sold last April and is quite an achievement in today’s marketplace. YTD sales of 46,333 units of the 3 Series are up a whopping 19.0% over the 38,930 units sold during the same 4 months of 2006. Munich has to be happy.
Lexus IS250 and IS350 sales totaled 4,363 units this month, down 7.5% from the 4,715 sold last April. Mercedes Benz sold 5,131 C Class units in April, up 27.1% from the 4,037 units sold last April. I am assuming that Mercedes-Benz has a lot of trunk money on the existing C Class to clear out the current inventory prior to introduction of the new C Class later this summer. Please note that I am report only the United States sales data. To view all the BMW, Land Rover, Lexus & Mercedes-Benz sales reports visit my website at: http://home.att.net/~fdmeloan/ |

My CA sold 17 BMW'S this month out of a tiny BMW dealer (2 car showroom)
Not bad for a twenty something 4'10" girl. ....I was one of her sales. It tied her record when she worked at a MEGA multi dealer. Only 3 months at BMW. She said its easy.......BMW's sell themselves!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

Some people on the UK forum have been quoted December delivery dates for a 335i E92! March '08 if you want an E93!

Maybe, but the economy has slowed a bit and credit is tightening due to the housing slump. It is going to be a bit harder for people to qualify for car loans/leases, especially if they are stretching to get into a 3 series rather than a Honda, Toyota etc.
