Bluetooth connection problems with xperia x10

Hi guys,

i own a 06 e90 sedan with i/drive...

I have a sony ericcson xperia x10 running android 2.1 ... the phone will connect to the bluetooth and the signal shows in the idrive but when a call is made or recieved it wont connect and ill have to use the phone normally??

Yet the idrive screen shows the call duration, then when i hang up the idrive screen continue to show the timer and wont hang up?

any ideas as to why ?
